| 日盛投顧晨訊：電子股主流地位不變

日盛投顧表示，上周五美國4大指數續走高，漲幅介於0.79%~0.08%，道瓊指數站回季線，費城半導體續創波段新高，S&P500指數逼近前高，對外資買盤回籠有正面助益，也可帶動台股震盪趨堅。
從技術面看，上周五台股出現自8230點轉強以來的第3個多方缺口，並在盤中回補，但空方缺口未能補滿，加上短線逼近8600點反壓，預期將進入震盪，指數要再往上挺進，必須量縮整理後，補量上揚，推動指數突破反壓。
從指標來看， MACD即將翻正有利於中線轉穩，KD指標開口放大，短多仍有力道，5日線與10日均線在8440點附近黃金交叉，低檔支撐轉強，因此雖然多頭第3個缺口當日即補，但仍無轉弱壓力，屬於震盪偏多走勢。
指標類股櫃買指數周五盤中再創波段新高，但以黑K作結尾，由於短線櫃買乖離已經拉大，留意漲多回檔，電子類股指數逼近前高317.65點，震盪也會加大，反而可留意漲幅較為落後的傳產，但若見大盤放量，金融股也有機會走強，只是在波段操作上，電子股仍為主流族群不變。（陳建彰／台北報導）

| 台股盤前～逼近套牢區 選股優於選市

全球股市強勁反彈，台股收復所有均線，技術面日KD低檔黃金交叉，且外資現貨轉賣為買，期貨空單全部回補，轉成淨多單，加上本周三台指期結算，統一證券認為，指數仍有高點可期，但考量台股面臨1月中頭部套牢區，解套賣壓恐將抑制漲幅。
目前市場人氣聚焦中小型股，建議操作上以中小型類股為首選，可留意強勢股如電機、鋼鐵、博弈題材、自動化設備、生技、工具機族群以及汽車零組件類股等族群操作。
上周全球股市大漲，美股道瓊指數、歐股德、法分別上漲 2.55~3.7%不等。亞股則受惠中國3月初兩會政策利多預期，上證、港股漲幅均在3%以上。但多數國際股市尚未脫離跌深反彈格局，港股、陸股、韓股仍位於年線之下，歐股領先站回所有均線之上較為強勢。
台股方面，本波反彈幅度近4%，收復所有均線反壓。櫃買指數更創下波段新高，多方氣盛。現階段指數已彈升至一月中頭部套牢區，解套賣壓將抑制多方上漲動能，短線指數表現雖強，但亞股普遍仍處於跌深反彈格局，因此，台股逼近前波套牢區之際，趁高重新檢視持股，汰弱留強。（陳建彰／台北報導）

| 驚！ 連日降雨 基隆落石坍

近日冷氣團報到，除了低溫外還挾帶豐沛水氣，連日降雨讓山區土石鬆動，今凌晨3時許，基隆市協和路151號後方山坡，就有2顆長約2公尺寬約3公尺的落石滾落，民眾聽聞巨響趕緊報警，警消人員抵達後查看，確認落石距離民宅仍有數公尺遠，並無立即危險，待白天視線較佳時，再前往察看，研議如何將落石清除。（蔡進男／基隆報導）

| 道瓊盤中重挫百點 美股收盤均翻紅

美國股市開盤走低，道瓊盤中大跌逾100點，但隨後持續反彈，終場終場收高63點，各指數也均收高。Nasdaq指數連續第6天上漲。
《鉅亨網》報導，美國經濟數據及企業財報乏善可陳，未阻止投資人的買盤。美國1月零售銷售意外下降0.4%，投資人感到失望。分析師說，暴風雪嚴寒天氣，可能為零售銷售下降的原因之一，但1月線上銷售也下降，顯示經濟小幅轉弱。上周初次申請失業金人數高於預期，也屬股市利空。
美國股市
道瓊工業平均指數收高63.65點或0.40%至16027.59。
Nasdaq指數收高39.38點或0.94%至4240.67。
S&P 500指數收高10.57點或0.58%至1829.83。
費城半導體指數收高6.54點或1.19%至556.02。

小弟目前系統還是 Win XP 不明原因 最近只要開機進入系統 或是開啟視窗或檔案 常會顯示一個錯誤訊息視窗: Microsoft Visual Runtime Library (此為視窗標題，內容如下) Runtime Error Program:C:\Program Files... R6034 An application has made a attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly.
