兒子不是我的種 1年後提告無法出氣

桃園一名賴姓女子前年7月與鄒姓前夫離婚，但她在去年4月生下一子，依賴女受胎時間（約300天）推斷，她的兒子應係與前夫的「婚生子女」，可是賴女卻在去年9月提出否認親子之訴，鄒男收到傳票後，才知道賴女在離婚前已有小王，因而控告賴女及陳姓小王涉嫌妨害家庭。
鄒男指稱，前年9月賴女初期懷孕時，他就知道了，當時她沒有說是誰的孩子，他知道不是他的，應該是與陳姓男子所生的，惟因他在一年後才提告，已逾6個月告訴期，桃園地檢署今予以不起訴處分。（張沛森／桃園報導）
