標題[問題] NP台哥大預付卡問題

1/10從中華NP到台哥大預付卡 1/12台哥大預付卡開通後卻無法攜出回中華 門市說要七天後才能辦理，但打給客服卻說2/19才能辦理攜出 還跟我說什麼我的雙證件名字不同(明明只是字體不同) 因此建檔有誤，可能會導致之後移轉門號發生問題 他沒聽出我的滿腹怒火了嗎!! 之前版上有相關的文章，跟客服溝通後就可以在當天辦理 是不是有吵的小孩才有糖吃!! 於是我又打電話去，態度較強硬地問一次，這次是不同的客服 客服才軟化說資料輸入要3~7天，要我3天後再打去問 這到底是什麼情形?我真的必須忍受這10天都無法打電話? 還是有什麼辦法可以當天辦理? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 125.224.164.17
