【動新聞】闖紅燈警未攔　錄影舉發判免罰

北市女子陳家琪去年開車在宜蘭礁溪違規闖紅燈，不滿警員只用錄影開罰提告，台北地院認定警方僅以錄影舉發，違反《道路交通管理處罰條例》規定，昨判陳女免罰，全案可上訴。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，礁溪警分局得知判決後表示尊重，指本案警員錄影取締缺少攔查動作「算有瑕疵」，將向警員重申若非法定「不能」或「不宜」當場攔檢舉發，禁止再採逕行舉發，記者昨無法聯繫陳女，不知其回應。（胡治言／綜合報導）
