歐巴馬簽行政命令　最低時薪漲39%

美國總統歐巴馬今日簽署行政命令，提高聯邦政府合約員工的最低工資。最低工資由每小時7.25美元(約新台幣220元)，提升到10.1美元(約新台幣306元)，漲幅達39%，將會有數以十萬計的的員工受惠，行政命令明年正式生效。

據《美聯社》報導，當地全國現在有超過200萬名合約員工，當局期望透過行動，迫使國會通過立法，將最新的最低工資適用到全國所有僱員。白宮表示正研究立法策略，暫時未知議案是否會在國會表決，或繞過國會。歐巴馬先前在國情諮文表示，希望改善國民收入不均的問題，並且提升社會流動性，讓更多人晉升到中產階層。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
