分手「算帳」 男討保險套錢

廣州市海珠區法院近日受理多起情侶分手後「算帳」的司法案件，赫然發現一名30多歲的男子竟在分手後，要求昔日女友分擔當初購買保險套的費用。 南都網13日報導，這名男子為了打贏官司，還特地把在淘寶網購買保險套的截圖給列印下來，但索討的金額其實還不到500元台幣。法官指出，戀愛期間的花費一般視同贈與，所幸該男子後來撤告，不然恐怕也會遭法官駁回。網友痛罵：「心眼小到不能自拔的地步，同時臉皮又厚到不能容忍的地步！」（大陸中心／綜合報導）
