基隆市30歲男子蔡士豐，涉嫌在北部地區販賣毒品，基隆市警察局第二分局偵查隊連日埋伏，昨天晚上出動3輛偵防車，跟監了2個多小時，在安樂區巷弄內，包夾蔡嫌座車，蔡嫌一度企圖衝撞警車，但立即被優勢警力制伏，警方隨後在車內搜出1把改造手槍、6發子彈及海洛因、安非他命等毒品8小包，蔡嫌坦承因曾被騙，買到不純的毒品，擔心被黑吃黑，才持槍防身用。

警方調查，蔡嫌車上還有1張陳姓友人健保卡，蔡嫌表示健保卡是用來吸食K他命，由於名字與現場抓人的陳姓幹員同名同姓，導致陳員一度誤以為是健保卡遭竊，還被同事調侃了一番，蔡嫌因毒品案遭通緝，警方訊後依毒品、槍砲彈藥刀械管制例移送地檢署偵辦。（蔡進男／基隆報導）
