原po是出國兩年又回台灣找工作的狀況... 《一》原公司，希望我回去繼續做-- 國內外業務 1.離家5分鐘摩托車程 2.薪水40k 3.小公司人數約15人左右 4.無按照勞基法沒有照紅字放假沒有周休二日沒有尾牙 5.加班有薪但不多《二》新公司 -- 外銷業務 1.離家30分鐘摩托車程 2.薪水30k 3.大公司人數約300人以上 4.休假制度健全 5.加班無薪責任制當初是看上新公司的體系制度完善，而在小公司待久了，想去見見世面但是因為舊公司的人情及老闆對我很提拔讓我很為難了.... 各位有什麼好建議可以讓我參考嗎…？謝謝 -- -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.170.215.43
