路透19日引述消息人士來源報導，英國首相卡麥隆帶領的內閣閣員24日可能首次在蘇格蘭東北部舉行內閣會議，以尋求欲獨立的蘇格蘭留在大英國協。

蘇格蘭訂9月18日舉行公投，讓蘇格蘭人自行決定是否與結盟307年的英格蘭「分手」而獨立。
