失戀也能放有薪假？ 日本真的存在

近年來世界各國對於女性的工作權益越來越重視，除了讓女性在生產、育嬰、生理期時能獲得有薪假，現在日本神戶一間連鎖美容公司，願意讓員工放「失戀假」。 據日本《產經新聞》報導，神戶這間公司「Chikara Corporation」，在當地經營6家美容剪髮沙龍。該公司表示，他們認為做美髮設計師這行業並不容易，能夠從事10年以上的人，僅有10%，凸顯美髮業的工作環境相當嚴苛。 此外，該公司也表示，有許多設計師在失戀時，完全無心工作，也沒辦法給顧客最好的服務品質，乾脆讓員工們放失戀假，休假回來的工作效率才會更高。（施旖婕／綜合外電報導）
