抱病上班　生產力反降低

上班族常被迫早到晚退、超時工作，但英國專家警告，這讓員工認為抱病也得上班，反而生產力降低，把病菌傳染給同事，長遠對工作沒有幫助。

英職場顧問機構Overbuy針對2千人的調查指，創意產業員工最易超時工作，其次是金融業；原因大多出於上級要求、同儕都這樣的壓力及力求升遷機會。但英國人力資源發展協會顧問米勒指出，員工勉強出勤，反會因病做出錯誤決策，得不償失。（張翠蘭／綜合報導）
