充沛水氣低溫助威　大屯山結霜

由於充沛水氣為低溫助威，台北市大屯山今天凌晨3時許，助航站旁的觀景台欄杆開始結霜，一名台北市張姓民眾與友人凌晨2時許就上山，雖然未見下雪，但見到景觀介紹版上出現結霜，還是很高興地在上面寫下自己的名字。
 
記者攜溫度計上山實測，凌晨3時許，溫度最低到0.4度，一直到將近4時又漸漸升溫回到1度左右。(李銘宏／台北報導)
