瑞士公投反移民　歐盟發備忘錄警告

瑞士公投對大批移民說不，在歐洲引起軒然大波。歐盟委員會昨天發佈歐盟與瑞士關係備忘錄，除闡述雙方經貿關係的重要性，還點出瑞士公投反移民可能出現的諸多問題。

歐盟官員當天在布魯塞爾指出，瑞士此舉嚴重危及其與歐盟的關係，並有可能就此失去其進入歐盟單一市場的諸多優先權。盧森堡外長說：瑞士將會為此付出代價。你總不能一方面享受進入歐盟單一市場優先權，另一方面卻限制歐盟內部的自由流動。（國際中心）
