烏克蘭臨時總統：尋求與歐盟整合

烏克蘭臨時總統圖爾奇諾夫（Oleksander Turchinov）周日發表電視講話，表示他對於和俄羅斯對話持開放態度，只要莫斯科尊重烏克蘭尋求與歐盟締結進一步緊密關係的決定。

英國廣播公司報導，圖爾奇諾夫說，將於今年5月25日舉行的總統選舉，將完全符合「歐洲最高標準」，會是自由和誠實的選舉。（林奐成／綜合外電報導）
