上班族注意!每天在辦公室至少坐7到8小時,恐長痔瘡、肥胖、腰椎長骨刺、泌尿道感染等。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導,有民眾在臉書《蘋果生活八爪魚》貼文詢問,每天在辦公室至少坐7到8小時,擔心坐太久健康會出問題,但不知該如何改善。台大醫院家庭醫學部主治醫師姚建安說,若久坐不動,肛門的血液循環會變差,很可能形成痔瘡;此外,坐太久也會增加腰椎負擔,早期會導致下背痛,假使一直沒改善,將加速腰椎提前老化、造成骨刺。建議每坐1小時應起身活動筋骨,以免坐出滿身病。(方翊倩/綜合報導)
