方號稱完成澎湖縣黨內整合，並在12日中執會上決定提名陳光復角逐參選澎湖縣長的民進黨主席蘇貞昌，原訂搭乘早上10:15班機飛澎，在11:30主持召開「團結勝選 光復澎湖」記者會。卻因象徵讓賢的蔡見興前議長，9時許不巧在高雄發生交通事故，所以原本要搭上飛機的蘇貞昌臨時取消行程，這「團結勝選 光復澎湖」記者會也喊卡。（許逸民／澎湖報導）
