韓法院判敗訴　郭子乾申冤討公道

知名藝人郭子乾前年1月與家人赴韓旅遊時，因在Ramada飯店被開水燙傷而提民事訴訟，去年9月韓國法院一審判郭敗訴。郭子乾今開記者會申冤說，案發兩年來飯店沒賠1毛錢，連句道歉都沒有，他決定上訴討回公道，後天將親自到韓國首爾高等法院出庭。

郭子乾說，如果按照一審判決結果，未來台灣人到韓國旅遊根本沒保障，任何傷害都不會得到賠償，韓國法院會以他的案例駁回所有相關訴訟，所以他一定要上訴。

郭子乾委任律師莊秀銘指，韓國一審法院沒傳證人、當事人到庭說明，也沒鑑定相關電茶壺，直接否定郭子乾提出的證據，把責任推給當事人，合理懷疑韓國法院預設立場，是「愛國裁判」，所以一定要全力反擊，讓韓國法院能重視消費者權益。（黃揚明╱台北報導）
