東京著衣印甜蜜貓挨告　和解收場

網路第一名女裝品牌東京著衣因販售的2款服裝，印有韓國甜蜜貓的圖案，卻沒經國內代理商授權，因而挨告違反《商標法》等罪。
 
董事長鄭景太出庭解釋，因販售的衣服都是從中國批來，並非公司自己設計製造，也因此不知違法。台北地檢署審酌東京著衣事後與代理商和解，代理商撤回告訴，檢方今將東京著衣不起訴。（賴又嘉／台北報導）
