華固：房市不會雞犬升天！

去年底政府打房動作頻頻，導致年底房市表現普遍不如預期，不少業主刻意延後銷售，如北市「華固天鑄」、「宏盛得意山莊」，桃園「葛里法五世」、「君頂會」與竹北「公園苑」、「中悅一品苑」皆醞釀多時，預計在329檔強銷。分析329，華固總經理洪嘉昇認為，整體市況不會雞犬升天，與去年表現相去不遠，北市30坪以內、單價平實的小資宅較受青睞。 淡江大學產經系副教授莊孟翰認為，政府近來打房政策頻頻，房價已達「屋頂價格」，要再往上加的機率不高，膨風價將逐漸消失，新北市林口、三峽、淡水等推案量大區域議價空間將加大。（王筱君／台北報導） 更多房市動態請看蘋果地產王粉絲團
