「植物蛋」口感如雞蛋 蓋茲李嘉誠都愛

美國加州漢普頓溪食品公司，研發出混合12種植物的「人造蛋」，吃起來和雞蛋一樣，希望讓人們吃得更健康。美國首富比爾蓋茲、亞洲首富李嘉誠等富豪看好市場潛力，對該公司共投資約7億元台幣。 該公司混合加拿大產的青豆、南亞的大豆等12種未經基因改造的植物，製成風味、營養價值都和一般雞蛋不相上下的人造蛋。微軟創辦人比爾蓋茲和英國前首相布萊爾，吃過用人造蛋烤出來的餅乾後讚不絕口，覺得跟用一般雞蛋製作的餅乾沒有差別。 蓋茲除了掏錢投資，還親自擔任顧問，準備在矽谷大力推廣人造蛋。（陳怡妏／綜合外電報導）
