今天中午和公司同事去吃中壢夏慕尼... 在之前就有聽其他人講夏慕尼是走低調的奢華，我這個鄉下人進去，真的是走低調的奢華風...很像上海HOLLISTER的感覺。只差沒有焚香，要不我以為HOLLISTER來台灣開分店了。回到正題。 1. 象拔蚌海鮮湯喝起來是很甘甜，但是也甜的很神奇。因為如是用tmomato所燉煮的，為何一直覺得舌頭有一種怪怪的感覺? 是單純用蕃茄所煮的嗎? 因為喝完後一直都覺得很渴，都要一直喝水... 請各家高手幫忙，如何煮才能如此甜?? 2. 香蒜牛小排，吃起來是非常的乾及死鹹。好像在吃輪胎...完全沒有多汁的感覺。請問有吃過的各位，原本就是要這樣吃嗎? 因為我吃了一個就把他吐出來，完全吃不下去!! 可能高貴的料理不是我這種鄉下人吃的 ">O※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.158.198
