蘇格蘭公投民調 反獨立者略升

（中央社倫敦24日綜合外電報導）蘇格蘭首席大臣薩孟德今天承諾，北海石油天然氣政策在蘇格蘭獨立後會比較穩定，他也說，最近民調顯示，獨立公投正反民意趨於緊繃。昨天兩項民調顯示，反對獨立民眾略增。

路透社報導，昨天發布的兩項民意調查顯示，反對蘇格蘭從聯合王國獨立出來的民眾比例略增，贊成者持平或略減，這對希望蘇格蘭從與英格蘭307年的聯合中脫離出來的民族主義者來說，是項挫敗。

ICM民調結果顯示，會在獨立公投中投下贊成票的民眾占受訪者37%，跟上次調查一樣，會投下反對票的占49%，比一個月前增加了5個百分點。

執政的蘇格蘭國家黨（SNP）委託Panelbase所做的民調則顯示，贊成的民眾占37%，比去年9月的44%低，反對的比例占47%，比去年9月的43%上升。

薩孟德（Alex Salmond）說，北海在10年內稅變了16次，17年內有14位石油部長。

薩孟德在英國廣播公司（BBC）訪談中說：「蘇格蘭控制石油和天然氣後，能做的其中之一，是遠較穩定的長期政策。」1030224
