「勞工很慘不是錯覺」　勞團批馬鼓勵抗爭

勞委會控告12名關廠工人要求返還「借款」的5件行政訴訟，今早在台北高等行政法院開庭辯論。開庭前，挨告勞工的9名義務律師與勞工團體成員，高喊：「討債變欠債、司法還公道！」台灣國際勞工協會理事長陳秀蓮隔空嗆馬英九說：「總統的發言是鼓勵勞工抗爭。」
 
事情是這樣的，馬總統前天在國民黨中常會春酒時說：「這兩年關廠勞工抗爭，有時會產生錯覺，讓人家以為我們勞工過得很慘，沒有保障。」此言激怒勞團，所以今早在行政法院前拉起「勞工過得很慘不是錯覺」抗議布條，並呼籲勞委會撤銷對關廠工人的討錢訴訟。(丁牧群／台北報導)
