各位大大，最近面試了不少間貿易公司，很多工時直接po在人力銀行上例如9:00~18:30，8:00~5:30之類的本以為中間午休時間為一個半小時，但面試過程中詢問卻又都只休息一小時。這樣二週工時不就超過85小時，這樣不是違法嗎?那又該怎麼處理呢?謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.130.172
